Bryniau Gwyrdd (or Green Hill in English) has the WOW factor! A beautifully presented and recently refurbished, 2-bed detached cedar-wood chalet, with an elevated sun deck, set in the picturesque, 6 acres and little-known private chalet park of Cwm Maethlon or Happy Valley, within the Snowdonia National Park.

All on one level (suitable for guests with mobility issues) it has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4, shower-room, well equipped modern kitchen, dining room and living room. 1 small dog considered FREE WI-FI, double glazing, and electric heating.

A stunning woodland setting, amazing wildlife & magnificent views. No club or entertainment, just pure peace & quiet. Happy Valley is a peaceful haven and one of the best-kept secret landmarks in the area, but is only about a mile from Tywyn, with its sandy beaches and many facilities in town. Plus, the harbour village of Aberdyfi is just a 10-minute drive.

Kitchen
With lovely views towards the hills. Fully fitted base and wall cupboards. Complimenting worktops and stainless-steel sink and drainer, Beco electric cooker/4 ring hob, fridge with freezer box, air-fryer, toaster & kettle. A doorway leads into the dining room. Wood-look laminated floor.

Dining-room
With lovely views of the park. White wood dining room table and four period chairs, bamboo rocking chair. Main door leads onto the terrace.

Lower Terrace
With lovely views of the park. “ Rattan “ easy chairs and a coffee table, a lovely place to chill out and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Lounge
Carpeted. 3-seater settee (can be used as a bed settee for 1 child), 2-seater leather settee and 1 armchair, coffee table, TV cabinet with 24” TV, and basic SKY package. Log effect feature, electric fire Double glazed picture windows to the front elevation enjoying superb views. Door leading to the bedrooms.

Smart, refurbished shower room, with laminate flooring and floor-to-ceiling wet wall panelling. Glass shower cubicle with electric shower and handheld attachment. Corner fitted wash hand vanity unit and WC.

Outside & Sun Terrace

With ample parking in front of the large wooden decked area, to the side are steps up to the private, elevated sun terrace, which affords stunning views of the countryside. There is a metal & glass bistro table and four chairs for Al Fresco dining and relaxing in the sun. There is a spacious storage area behind the chalet with room for about 4 bikes. All around are open-plan gardens mature with shrubs, trees, and flower beds. There is additional, communal parking nearby
