“Staff services are above and beyond ”

“Shower not clean; candy wrapper and a chunk of soap stuck in drain. Green finger paint in tub. Wall plates cracked; large smoke stain coming out of electrical socket. Walls very dirty; metal fixtures in bathroom rusting/corroding. Floors extremely dirty. Curtain does not completely close. Very dim lighting in room. A large round smoke stain on the ceiling. TV did not work. However, the staff is pleasant. Will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again; absolutely never. ”

“Rooms were recently remodeled and in good clean shape. The common areas of the hotel still need work though. It’s noisy and all of the common areas usually have a faint marijuana smell and that can be annoying. Also alot of random sketchy foot traffic all over the parking lot for some reason.”
