“When I got there, I was checked into a very dirty room once got changed. The whole lounge area when you walk in was trashed. I’ve been to many Hilton properties and never have I experienced this from a Hilton property.”

“I only stood one night and had to leave early in the morning before I could get the free breakfast. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room, asthey were shortstaffed that day and the rooms were not cleaned prior to arrival, so I had to wait.”

“While this is an older property we had everything we needed. Clean, quiet, every staff member was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, eating area was small but we just went up to the room and ate. Hopefully the in room coffee makers will continue to be replaced with Keurig coffee makers. I don’t usually sleep well in hotels but I slept soundly in a comfortable bed every night. Great stay”

“Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It was a great stay because of the staff alone but then add a clean, comfy room and great breakfast. It was 10/10. Management is doing great.”

“My only complaint is the buffet. Charging a family of four $84 for such a small buffet was disappointing. There were very few food options, and the quality and selection did not justify the price. If you're going to charge what Golden Corral charges for a buffet, the variety and value should be comparable. Families already spend a lot of money to stay here, so the dining experience should feel like it's worth the extra cost. I hope you improve the buffet by offering more variety and better...

“The lobby was very dated and the front desk agent they did have wasn’t very friendly at time . I stated there were multiple people in the room but he only gave me one key. The pool was out of order so thankfully we weren’t looking for that amenity. “The fully equipped kitchen had basic appliances, stove top, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and most basic dishes for 3-4 people. Not bad however, the kitchen did NOT have pots, pans, and accessories to cook with, or a dish strainer or a sponge to wash dishes with. (Nor were kitchen items (except for a sponge) obtained after requesting for 3 days in a row, I gave up after that. Horrible for a one week stay.
