“I have always enjoyed staying at Hampton and have consistently received great service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We left our room early in the morning expecting it to be cleaned by the time we returned, but it had not been serviced. When I went to the front desk to inquire, I was told that housekeeping needed to prioritize rooms from guests who had checked out so they could be prepared for incoming guests. “This recently remodeled motel was completely charming. We had a room accessible directly from the parking lot, and it was decorated beautifully. The nautical theme extended throughout. The bathroom was large, beautifully tiled, and perfectly functional. Towels were changed daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with nice cotton sheets. We would stay there again.”
