“I had a room on the 2nd floor and it was SO loud that I could barely sleep. Room was near an entrance to the hotel & next to the kitchen. I could even hear the bathroom above me. Pretty hotel, nice hotel staff, great location but I was there to sleep & couldn’t.”

“Housekeeping didn't show up for five days. Only after I made a fuss when my family joined me. The toilet handle had to be held down for the entire looooong duration of every single flush. It never clogged, though - thankfully. The fitness center (cave) had one working treadmill. The breakfast was free, but not slightly good. “Probably the worst hotels that i can remember staying in more than a decade, and i travel quite a bit. Extremely dirty... room, bathroom, common areas. Smelt pretty bad too. Very badly maintained. “Kind of a dirty property. The room was beat up and felt dirty. The sheets were rough and the blanket on the bed looked like it was thirty years old. It was okay for a couple of days, but I wouldn't stay there again. I expected a bit more for the price.”

“My stay at the Inn on Negley was so phenomenal. The staff were so kind and the property was beautiful and very tidy. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Genuinely the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Very reasonably priced considering the quality and care. Would 100% stay here again”

“When I see a listing for breakfast, I assume that means it’s complimentary & that wasn’t the case here at all. They offer a bistro in the lobby that serves breakfast, but nothing about it is complimentary. And then they advertise there is a pool, when in fact they haven’t had a pool since Jan 2026. The two reasons I booked this hotel & they falsely advertise it to get guests. Then they label my children as adults. Very strange. You may have got my business this ONE time, but I will not be back.”
