“Ett helt enastående hotell. Chinton i receptionen välkomnade oss och checkade in oss tidigare. Han gav oss en påse med 2 vattenflaskor och 2 påsar chips. Rummet var stort och rymligt och rent. Det fanns allt där, bra wifi, tv med många kanaler, kylskåp, frys, tandborstar, rakgrejor, lotion, schampo, tvål, bra dusch i badkar. Frukosten var väldigt bra med äggröra, korvar, stekt majs,burritos, röstinspelning, yoghurt, juicer, och gott kaffe. Chinton ville ge oss vattenflaskor, när vi åkte också....

“As soon as I check in to this hotel the entire lights in the building shut down. Which cause me to get stuck in the elevator for 10-15 minutes. Also the power wasn’t restored until later in that day. My reservation was cancelled by staff per request print out was giving. ”

“Fint litet hotell på promenadavstånd från NRG stadium. Rent och fräscht med trevlig personal. Lite tråkigt med plasttallrikar och -bestick till frukost, annars inget att klaga på!”

“It was a challenge getting into the hotel entrance. There is a small restaurant right next to the hotel that is packed every night except Monday because they are closed. Driving through the maze of cars that are looking for a parking spot was a pain. Thankfully they are not allowed to park in the hotel parking spaces. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The indoor pool was well kept and stocked with towels. ”
