âGood hotel centrally located but a little by the side in a calm area. Good parking options but parking was not free. The hotell garage fills up quick. So then you have to use the open parking lot next to the hotel. I liked the open parking lot because it was near the hotel and had pretty good light. Daytime there was a guard at the parking lot.
The hotel is very nice in the general areas but I thought the room would to be more modern and new. Furnitures, kitchen and bathroom hade some wear...

âFirst time staying here for just an a night in the city with my wife.
Rooms were spacious, clean, and had good amenities. It's in a good location and the staff is very very nice.
As others have said, it has the best free breakfast I've ever seen. Very nice dining area in the main lobby.

âGood hotel centrally located but still a little by the side in a calm area. The hotel is not new. But the room was very good, modern, clean and big. Comfortable beds. Tv was new and modern. Minifridge and some of the furnitures had signs of wearness.
Parking was free which was very good. The first parking lot near the hotel felt more safe than the second parking lot further away which felt more unsafe.
Breakfast area had many people. The options was ok. The staff was very friendly and...

âAbsolutely great service with the front desk accommodating a couple requests for me. The valet guys were especially customer oriented, having my car ready in advance for each time I needed it. Plus, itâs a beautiful hotel, as you would expect from Fairmont.â
âI loved this hotel, it was very clean, and quiet. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful with my questions. If I come back to Pittsburgh I will stay there for sure!â

âThe lobby made us feel like we had entered a time machine; the magnificent architecture, the stunning marble and inlays were breathtaking. Our room was quiet and clean and well-stocked. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and eager to help. The Rebel Room, however, leads the list of our lovely experiences. Amazing menu, the best meal we'd had in our stay...and it was a short elevator ride to it!â

âDet var ett bra hotell som lĂ„g nĂ€ra det mesta i Pittsburgh och framför allt nĂ€ra PPG Paints Arena. Hotellet var bra och hade parkeringsservice som fungerade utmĂ€rkt, vilket var bra för vi hade bil. Rummen var frĂ€scha och rymliga. Vi Ă„t frukost i restaurangen pĂ„ hotellet en dag och den var dyr och inte prisvĂ€rd. Hotellet hade ocksĂ„ ett helt ok gym som vi nyttjade. â
