As you know, honestly we can't make the insect disappear 100%. Because if that happens it will cause an imbalance with nature. For example, there will be bird pests that cannot produce rice fields, fruit trees that need insects for fertilization. I hope you can understand this. Regarding the room and bathroom, our style of room is Balinese modern, so it is really depend on customer preference about old or not. We keep it on well maintenance however if it is not meet your standard might bias with your preference of old style. Regarding the mosquitoes, we doing regular fogging to control the pest in hotel and also for now disinfectant spraying. We also provide the electric mosquitoes that you can ask at reception for your room. If you keep your door closed, the cool air will keep away the room form it. Thank you for all the review and bring these detail to us.Regarding stained sheet, and cleaning for the room,we bit difficult to check those detail due you haven't give us detail for your name and period of stay.For the shuttle bus,we have informed for every guest and asked whenever they want to be picked up and even we have hotline number if you want to change for pick up time.We have all those information at lobby,the room and have been informed while you checked in. We feel sorry that you were harassed by taxi driver,however we wonder why you hadn't report to us on that time so we can help you.Even you have this email and contact us everytime. We are at middle if ricefield, where the nature which all the living thing live in harmony. We understand that you feel phobia with all those creature however they won't disturb you.We have pest control and use natural technic to keep them away from the guest.
