Great and beautiful hotel but the staff was very confused. Everyone is super nice and kind but they donât understand that they work at a 5 star hotel. Very confused at all times:
-Mixed up orders or forgotten
-We booked a trip to Ubud with the complimentary shuttle bus the day before but when leaving there was no bus
-They forgot to charge for one of the dinners and then called after checkout to ask for credit card details
-7 different people asked about transportation after check-out despite having confirmed plan with lobby
This is such a beautiful location but the service unfortunately ruined the experience a bit.
