En äkta five star experience
Förstklassig och personlig service från början till slut. Här får du kort sagt en oförglömlig five star experince! Hotellet har en hängiven och genuin personal som gör det lilla extra. Talar utmärkt engelska och är mycket lyhörd för dina önskemål. Frukosten, maten är delikat och utsökt. Du tar dig lätt in till och från stan med hjälp av hotellets egna bilar. Design, rummens storlek, utsikten mot djungeln och floden, de smakfullt inredda allmänutrymmena är bara några av de features som hotellet erbjuder. MRekommenderas starkt!

Excellent new resort
An unforgettable experience and fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was so well thought out and nothing was too much to ask the staff for. The rooms are huge and beautiful. Lot's of small freebies enhanced the stay and the team is incredibly service minded without being intrusive. One of the best places I stayed at!

Having visited 32 countries in 50 years and so many hotels this is by far the best hotel I have ever been to. Hospitality and staff coordination is outstanding they answer your needs before you even ask.

This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Everything from the beautiful environment to the attentive staff (particularly our amazing personal butler Kewin) to the amazing tours (especially our waterfall tour guide Gus De and our rafting guide whose name we unfortunately can’t remember…it began with M!) to the unique experiences they crafted for us, this was a truly luxury travel experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

This resort is a 7 star property and in my opinion a must stay property in Ubud. It's all about the service and how they make you feel. It all starts with a warm welcome with your butler , the manager , and rest of the welcome team. Everything was perfect! Our patih, Louis, made sure of it. We had a wonderful full day excursion, where Gudse took us to many unique places you would never find yourself. After day 1, the team at Sawah Terrace knew my order before i placed it. Warning: you will be spoilt! One of our favorite activities was the Connect to reconnect, Dinar and Pragynaan were so knowledgeable , when we did the BalineseHerbal Healing. The only other properties I find comparable are the Royal Mansour and Udaivillas.

Mandapa is a beautiful property with the highest level of service. They also pay attention to the small details like providing extra complimentary items for those celebrating a special occasion and providing complimentary amenities above and beyond what I would expect. On top of that, Mandapa organizes a huge range activities for guests. They have a ton of relationships with local vendors so you’ll receive special attention around town as a Mandapa guest. Justine, Dina, and Gus De made our stay extra special. If you’re wondering whether the splurge is worth it, it is!

Amazing place great professional staffs, must try!
The experience was amazing! The best hotel experience I had (I tried 5+ star hotels in Dubai, Europe, America and Australia) with no doubt Mandapa is the 1st in my list. Must try!

직원들이 너무너무너무 친절합니다. 제가 발리에선 누사두아 세인트레지스 스미냑 사마야스미냑 그리고 우붓 포시즌사얀에서 지내봤었는데 이곳이 최고였어요. 정말 한결같이 웃으면서 친절하게 대해주셔서 너무 좋았어요. 그리고 외출할때 공항 픽업 샌딩때 다른 숙소에선 어떻게든 본인들이 차량을 연결해주려하는데 여기는 그런 부담을 안줘서 그것도 너무 좋았어요. 암튼 담에 우붓을 여행하면 주저없이 리츠칼튼만다파를 선택하겠어요.

Exceptional!
It was beyond our expectation. Everything from the room the service was beyond excellence. We knew that the place being a ritz Carlton the hotel would be spectacular but the service was what this set this hotel aside. Everyone from the general manager to our butler Justine made our stay beyond our wildest imagination. We would definitely be returning back here!

Потрясающая территория, персональный баталер(спасибо Дэнди), номера очень красивые, все в едином эко стиле, обслуживание и еда выше всяких похвал! Вид на реку Аюнг и тропические леса, абсолютное единение с природой! Идеально для романтический путешествий! Hotel/resort @mandapareserve was simply fantastic by all accounts! It’s rare that I really love a hotel, but this was the exception that proved the rule, topping all expectations! Beautiful landscapes, a personal butler (Dendi, many thanks!) wonderful room, all in one eco-style, and service and food higher than any praise can serve justice! Gorgeous views over there Ayung river valley and tropical forests, you really feel at one with Mother Nature! Perfect for a romantic holiday!!

Every now and then you get a property that 5/5 seems unfair to it. It beats on location, property, service and people. It’s almost too good to have to suffer people reviewing it. It deserves to be on a “best of” list. Grab it before it is.
