“The room was very clean and the bed was actually very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was not to my liking, (im european), i thought it was very bland. I arrived in the middle of the night and they did not seem to understand that I had booked a room, after quite a long time of waiting and trying to explain I finally got my room key. “The General Manager Mr.Saravanan puts in enormous time and efforts to truly service all necessary requirements for my family and I during our stay. He is warm, extremely helpful and friendly. All his staffs in the front office and housekeeping compliments Saravanan’s attitude to providing services most sincerely which creates a pleasurable environment.
