The space
Introducing our completely private 2-BHK apartment, spanning 700 square feet.

Enjoy two private bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed.
Both bedrooms have en-suite clean bathrooms and toilets. Feel free to unwind, enjoy music, read, or watch movies, Netflix, and YouTube on the home cinema projector with surround sound speakers.

Just a heads up - as per government rules, cars aren’t allowed inside the old city area, including popular spots like City Palace, Lake Pichola, and nearby ghats. So, there’s no car parking at the property, and taxis can drop you about 400 meters away, which is as close as cars can get.

The good part? There’s a safe and secure pay parking area right where the taxi drops you, so you can leave your car worry-free.

Our place is just a short walk from all the main attractions, and the narrow lanes are best explored on foot, by auto-rickshaw, or two-wheeler. It’s all part of the charm of the old city!

Guest access
In order to safeguard our guests' privacy, we have chosen to allocate the entire apartment to a single group.

We're happy to consider early and late check-in requests when possible.

To provide flexibility, your access is private, allowing you to come and go without time constraints. Additionally, you'll have access to the rooftop, where you can enjoy the view, and a complimentary table tennis court, among other amenities.

The apartment is on second floor.

Electricity charges are not included in the booking price and are to be paid separately. The apartment has its own electricity meter, and the cost is ₹10 per unit. This policy is simply our way of encouraging an eco-friendly stay. If you use appliances sensibly, the cost usually comes to only ₹50–₹100 per day.
