we had such a wonderful experience that we felt sad when checking out. Not enough words to praise the hospitality accorded to us by each and every staff member during our stay. The property employs great Chef like Vijay, Deepak and Preetam who impressed us with their culinary skills. We also found Neha and Sheetal to be very client focused. We definitely plan to stay at this property again at our next visit to Udaipur.

I have planned my trip to Leela Palace 3 months in advance from California, here is my experience and honest feedback. Hotel location and ambiance is so beautiful. Siting in Garden and lake front is so beautiful and mesmerizing. Check in person is not in a welcome mood. Overall there is a lack of hospitality which is quite surprising and disappointing. My son got sick but hotel staff very hepful by calling doctor immediately brining medicine. Water bottles provided in the hotel smells like drainage water. One of our rooms smells a lot like pigeons. But staff are very helpful and especially I see each and every one in restaurant and they are very helpful and great hospitality. Over all my experience in room not as I expected and was very disappointing. Hope above points will guide Management to fix issues and help future tourists.

Excellent hôtel, literie superbe, équipements fantastiques, très bel accueil, magnifique équipe…un vrai paradis! Leela palac in Udaipur is one of most luxurious hotels we have ever been too. The Shesh mahal dining experience was the highlight of our trip, the food was so delicious and the view of Lake Pichola are to die for. Reshab really took care of our needs and made sure our trip was very relaxing Special Thanks to Abhishek for all food recommendations from Lal Mass to dal Bhati churma.

Our request to drop at their main gate by golf cart was not met by front desk even after informing 15 minutes before over intercom and waited in lobby more than 20 minutes. Secondly the qualty of wine recomended by them is not good taste.

I did spent lot of money to stay at this property. Overall property and it's location was great but the service was worst i have seen and i felt i was ripped off. Soup and coffee ordered will take way way too long and sometimes staff will even forget that we ordered and then most of the time it came cold so have to reorder. TV was not working (couldn't get to cable) so i asked room service around 9pm and they said someone will be there to fix it. Next day in the evening after almost 24 hours i got a call from Front Desk about my experience and then i reminded them off my TV issue and then it was resolved. While having lunch we asked for pickle which is staple food in that region and server said no they don't have it and then we said how is it even possible we had it the other day and we said we won't have lunch without it. To our surprise we got pickle in 5 minutes. We spent lot of money on this trip and property. I was really disappointed with service and regret spending so much money. There might be some more incidents which i might have forgotten. When we brought this up with one of the manager on our last night we saw tremendous improvement in thes ervice but too late.

Hotel lindo mas obra barulhenta estragou a estadia
O hotel é muito bonito, a vista é linda, o staff é bem treinado, mas aconteceu algo que julgo imperdoável: o hotel permitiu a reserva para hóspedes quando estava envolvido em uma montagem de festa de casamento. O resultado? Apesar de nosso quarto ser lindo e ter vista para o lago, sofremos com barulhos de construção (martelos, furadeiras, gritos) durante toda a tarde e parte da noite. Foi lamentável. O hotel tentou fazer o certo: admitiu a culpa, nos permitiu um late check out, nos deu um jantar e alguns mimos…mas tenho que ser sincera, quando penso na experiência não gostaria de ter ganho nada grátis mas de ter podido aproveitar meu dia relaxando no hotel. Uma pena. Quem libera as reservas deveria ser demitido.

We stayed at Leela during corona time and would say they really took care of us well. I got sick and they called Doctor on site. Place was sanitized well and number of guests were not that many. Chefs were very help and went extra mile to give us food as we asked for. We asked for home food and Mr Simran specially cooked for us. Mr Rakesh made special cake on our anniversary. Mr Shamsher checked on us time and made sure we are taken care of. Overall great experience. Thanks to all the staff there.

Great Property, Super Good views - Poor Service !
Very Poor Service side almost every step of the way. We had to wait for a long before scheduled the ferry for pickup. we had to do call 20 times, many drop calls and still no pick up. Finally, we had to pay private party to get to the hotel. Even after going there, check in was a chaos. Even after check in, the service was so poor that someone would just ring the bell to collect payment in cash for the room service. Just completely unacceptable service.

Our therapists are extremely well trained and very professional. A small boat cruise on Lake Pichola to reach our Palace is indeed an incredible experience as it gives a brilliant insight to the history of the Mewar Dynasty and the Flora & Fauna of the Aravalli ranges. I must also add here that we have the largest room size in the luxury segment for most category of our rooms overlooking the pristine water of Pichola. Sheesh Mahal, our Indian Fine Dining Restaurant, perched on Lake Pichola under the stary skies is definitely a must do in our modern day Palace. Advance table reservations are always recommended as this is one of the most sought after dining destinations in Udaipur.
