We really appreciated our stay at the hotel managed by you and your team. You all made us feel so welcomed and gave us the calm and soft stay we wanted. The service well exceeded our expectations and you were always willing to assist in a genuin and professional manner. “Egentligen ett riktigt coolt ställe. men med svenska kronans värde gentemot dollarn så blir det väldigt dyrt.
Bodde bara en natt, men bra mat, god frukost, trevlig personal och trevlig promenad i regnskogen med en guide som kunde och hörde alla djur.”
“Amazing property. Beautiful location. Well maintained and situated perfectly to take advantage of the natural surroundings. Rooms clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked including umbrellas mounted outside the door.”
“This could be something so special. The location itself is amazing and the accommodation for ‘camping’ is incredible.
The service wasn’t great however. As kind as everyone was the timings were very off. Being told we needed to be ready for breakfast at 8 and not being served till 9.30. The same for dinner.
We also told them we needed to leave on the final day at 7.30 so wanted breakfast at 7. We arrived at the breakfast tent at 7 and no one was there.
