A cozy 65-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities).

The property enjoys an enviable location right in the heart of Udine, on Via Mercatovecchio—a shopping street—and just a 4-minute walk from Udine Castle.

The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed (1.40 m), 48-inch TV, dining table, and split A/C;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, washing machine, electric kettle, oven, toaster, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet;

- BEDROOM II with a single bed and closet;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (split system in the living room), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: There is one step at the pedestrian entrance and several steps at the entrance to the building.

Please be aware of the two steps at the apartment entrance.

Please note that there are steps inside the apartment: two steps at the kitchen entrance and two steps at the entrance to the single bedroom.



The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C



Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, you can reach the property by taking the regional train from Trieste Aeroporto station (just over a 10-minute walk from the airport) to Udine station, where you can take various buses (nos. 2, 4, 5, 11, and 14) to the UDINE via del Gelso 14 stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.



- From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment by taking one of several buses (nos. 2, 4, 5, 11, and 14) to the “UDINE via del Gelso 14” stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, you can park for a fee at the Primo Maggio parking lot at Piazza I Maggio 11 (space NOT guaranteed), an 8-minute walk from the property.
