shaded porch where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
The interiors consist of living room with dining room, TV and single sofa bed, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, and to the shower room with ante-bathroom.

The Cyclades Naxos Apartment is located in Torre San Giovanni, marina of Ugento. It is just 50 meters from the sea and one of the resort`s equipped lidos.
The center is close and can also be reached on foot with a walk along the seafront promenade. The beaches of Gallipoli are also very close, such as Punta Pizzo and Punta della Suina just 15 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared external entrance with another apartment.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
