The villa is designed to ensure comfort and functionality: in fact, it has two independent entrances, front and back, which ensure convenience and confidentiality. Inside there is an equipped kitchen with access to an outdoor area complete with an outdoor shower, very comfortable after a day at the beach. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double and one triple with a bunk bed and a single bed. From the rooms there is access to a pleasant outdoor veranda, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners, in total tranquility.
The house offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the corridor serving the rooms and the kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker and outdoor shower. Free street parking is available, right in front of the house.
The location is extremely convenient: next to the structure there is a bar and a supermarket, the sea is only 200 meters away and the first equipped beach can be reached in 500 meters.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
