The downside is that the hotel has neither Coffee shop nor restaurant in the lobby and a bit noisy due to construction nearby.

“The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins.
My second complaint is that my room window was facing a construction site, that went into full gear all through the night, and I am a pretty light sleeper, my earplugs helped a bit, I asked to change the room and they didn’t give me another one, glad it was a short...
“We were very disappointed with the noise levels. You could hear every single car passing. Ventilation/ac is also the same. The bathroom is very dirty unfortunately and we didn't have any water on the 2nd night and hence weren't able to shower. No one came up to say when it could be resolved. Staff is very friendly though and is willing to help out. WiFi was working ok. ”

“Staffs were very helpful. We got a room next to noisy busy street. After raising the issue staff moved into other rooms straightaway. We had two kids and stayed 4 nights. We used our own taxi to move around . We got a recommendation of a great driver who was nice person .
Room was spacious. Kettle cord was very inconvenient position, very difficult to use. Beds were comfortable. We need to ask them for tea bags every days . They used head count before give use yea bag ! Looks like they are in...

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were overall very satisfied. The property feels fresh, modern, and well maintained, and the location is excellent — convenient and central, making it easy to get around. The service and cleanliness also met our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here.
The only disappointing aspect was the baby crib provided. Unfortunately, it was of very low quality — essentially a budget travel crib one could easily purchase online for \$40–50. It came without a mattress, pillow, or blanket, which made it uncomfortable and, in our case, unusable. As a result, our baby had to sleep with us, and since the room had single beds, this made the nights a bit more challenging.
That said, aside from this issue, everything else was excellent. We left feeling happy with our choice of hotel and would still recommend it, especially for guests not needing baby facilities.
