“Very disappointing experience. We booked this hotel through Expedia and specifically paid extra for a room with breakfast included. However, when we went for breakfast, the staff informed us that no breakfast was included in our reservation, despite having paid for it.
In addition, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which made the stay even more frustrating.
We expected much better service and coordination between the hotel and booking platforms. Having to argue about services...
“Güzel temiz bir otel. Kaldığımız odanın duşunun giderinde sorun vardı gece su odaya kadar gelmiş. Yardımcı olacak kimse yok ama odanızı değiştirebiliriz dediler saat çok geç olmuştu çocuklar yatmıştı eşyalarımızı kenara aldık. Kahvaltı güzel burada peynirler ve domatesler erken saatte hazırlandığı için olmalı biraz açık kalmış da olabilir renk değiştirmiş gibiydi. ”

“We booked 2+1 apartment, 85 sq m according to description. The room was around 45 sq m (we measured it). We asked for a bigger apartment and moved the next day to a bigger and better one (maybe 60-70 m, not sure) which we are grateful for. Still, incorrect information is unacceptable for us who books online and not at all cheap”
