Dear,the guests made a reservation for two people and 4 adults came. They booked a Luxury apartment that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. The description correctly states that the Luxury apartment has 1 king bed and two sofa beds, not 2 single beds as the guests wrote (you can also see pictures on your website of what the Luxury apartment contains). Despite the good will that we allowed them to stay 4 adults without additional payment and they were informed that the apartment is not intended for 4 adults to stay (and they accepted to accommodate 4 of them even after seeing the apartment ), they found it appropriate to rate us with 1. I think that these guests are abusing the booking platform because they book for less person and more of them come in order to pay less.Therefore, please block these guests from making reservations through your platform in the future and delete their rating that they gave us, because we don't want to get a bad opinion because of such guests, despite the fact that we allowed them to stay 4 of them instead of the 2 for which they had a reservation.
