This large pool house in Husby, is designed to provide an unforgettable experience for up to 18 people. The house, built in 2009, is located on a spacious plot of 3500 square meters, which provides ample space for both relaxation and fun. With a distance of only 2000 meters to the water, it is the perfect destination for those who love beach life.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The house offers 250 square meters of well-appointed living space, where the focus is on comfort and modern facilities. There are a total of 7 bedrooms, which can accommodate the whole family or a large group of friends. Bedrooms 1 to 4 each have a double bed, while bedroom 5 has two single beds, and bedrooms 6 and 7 each have two trundle beds, making it ideal for children and young people. With a total of 18 sleeping places, there is room for everyone.



The house has three stylish bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet and shower, ensuring that everyone gets a good start to the day. The modern bathrooms also have underfloor heating, so you can enjoy a warm and comfortable atmosphere, even on the colder days.



For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a wine fridge, so you can store your favourite wines. There is also an 80-litre freezer, allowing you to store food for your entire stay. The open dining area and living room with wood-burning stove create a cosy atmosphere, perfect for gathering around meals or playing board games in the evening.



Outside, you will find an enclosed terrace where you can enjoy the sun's rays in peace and quiet. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue, so you can prepare delicious barbecue dishes for your guests. You also have your very own jumping cushion, where the children can have fun.



If you want to cool off, you can take a dip in the private pool, which also has a water slide - perfect for both children and adults, who want to have fun. In the pool area, there is also a sunken hot tub, that can accommodate up to 7 people. From one of the bathrooms, which is connected to the pool area, there is access to an infrared sauna, where you can relax after a long day of activities.



The house is also very family-friendly, with facilities such as a cot and high chair, so you can bring the little ones without worries. In addition, pets are allowed, so you can take your four-legged friend with you on holiday. For those who want to stay up to date, there is wireless internet and television with both Danish and German TV.
