Perfect for couples, families or friends, this delightful cottage offers generous a living space and a private outdoor area, making it an ideal base for a relaxing countryside escape at any time of year.



    On the ground floor, the cottage offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen designed for easy self-catering, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just off the kitchen, you'll also find a convenient ground floor shower room, adding flexibility and comfort to your stay. The dining area offers a lovely setting to gather together, while the living room is full of character with its exposed beams.



    Upstairs, the cottage features two beautifully presented bedrooms comprising one elegant king room and one double room. The king bedroom enjoys a luxurious touch with its own en-suite WC and a stunning free-standing bath, creating a peaceful space to relax and recharge. A family bathroom on this floor provides additional convenience, giving the cottage a total of three bathrooms to comfortably accommodate guests.



    Outside, the private enclosed patio garden offers a peaceful setting for al fresco dining, complete with outdoor furniture for summer evenings. The property also benefits from one dedicated parking space alongside the cottage for added convenience.



    Located in the charming North Devon village of Umberleigh, the cottage is perfectly placed for exploring the surrounding countryside and enjoying scenic walks along the River Taw. The nearby Tarka Trail offers wonderful cycling and walking opportunities, while the market town of Barnstaple provides independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Further afield, you can discover the dramatic landscapes of Exmoor National Park or spend the day on North Devon's beautiful sandy beaches.
