“The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and courteous; however, the pool needs maintenance and a good cleaning—it's a shame there's been this neglect.”

“I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...

“This is really a special place. The fact that the place was built as a palace (btw still being used by the Raj) speaks for itself uniqueness and quality. The services are outstanding and the personnel are really making you feel welcome and truly special. Food was amazing.”

“This property is in the neighborhood you want to be. We actually moved from another hotel because it was too far away. Comfortable bed. Great view at value price. So happy we moved here.”

“It’s really hard to find ”

“It need some repairs but it was ok”

“Everything was great, very heritage vibes , boutique property in centre of city Staff was very helpful”

“STAY AWAY from this Hotel. I stayed here on 1st Jan with my family . We booked a Triple Occupancy ( 3 adults and 1 Kid ) Room. I checked in around 3PM and requested extra bed as per our booking. They never provided an extra bed. I went to the reception 3 times and the receptionist was keep saying that he will send someone but it never happened , we all slept in one bed. TOILET FLUSH works only after around 15 mins after a flush. I saw multiple people complaining about their rooms at the...

“Everything was amazing! Only downside is it’s a bit far from everything and too quiet. It felt like nobody was staying there. ”

“Overpriced rooms. Breakfast 3x expensive than other hotels we stayed in. ”

“Great place to stay.”
