âFue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel.
Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa.
La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente.

âI loved this hotel! Everything about it. Nice helpful staff, great rooms with even greater air conditioning. Very good environment with a bit of a jungle vibe inside, great foodâŠAlso the massage service on the top floor was amazing. Iâd stay here again if I ever come to Cali again. â

âVisited Cali for a week with My (3,5 y) daughter and hade a great time! Eneique with staff was very helpful and gave us a chance to see this beautiful city from all its different perspectives.
The room was clean and even if the staff didn't speak English they did the best to help us with what we wanted. The address of the hotel is close to almost everything and in a safe area. The breakfast are quite simple but very good. I think this is a perfect stay if you are from a non Spanish talking...

âThe worst intercontinental I experienced. When I arrived the balcony door was not possible to open at two lights were broken in a very dark superior room. There are so many business activities with a lot of people during the daytime as the wifi coverage comes and goes. The level at the wifi are almost like Cuba.
