âHard to find anything wrong with this place. Located on Park Point, right near the excitement of Canal Park, offers great views of the harbor and easy access to the nearby areas. Views of the lake are grand; I booked a room facing the city in hopes of capturing a photo but was able to with a short walk (there was obstructed views from the balcony.) That said, great facility, friendly staff, highly reccommended.â

âWe arrived later at night and the front counter staff person was very welcoming and friendly. The spaces and room were clean and stocked. We were asked by house keeping, while passing in the hall, if we needed a restock on anything as they donât usually stock daily. Everyone was very kind and the location was near the lake with options for eating nearby. We will be back. â

âCheck in and check out process was smooth and easy for it being completely hands off. The room was as advertised. Very beautiful and cozy space. Perfect for a couples getaway. Amenities available to the guests were great - Duluth Coffee is delicious. â

âStaff was very helpful. They called us after we checked out to let us know that my husband forgot his Apple Watch and charger. We appreciated them calling us right aways. We were happy with our stay.â

âWe loved staying at this hotel with a room overlooking Lake Superior and with all the canal park had to offer. My husband was able to see a ship leave through the aerial vertical lift bridge on the canal. At the brewery next door, there were live cameras monitoring the port entrance, lighthouse and bridge. It was a great stay!â
âBoth front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. However, the interior was dingy, the exterior was a total dump, and they seemed to be hosting a Harley convention. Around 15 bikers congregated outside the office entrance and partied late into the night. I was woken numerous times from bikers revving up their engines. I was disappointed and would not return. â
