“Clean room with helpful staff. Breakfast was brought to the room and was good. Very pleasant stay!”

“Staff was helpful at checkout, check in was later in the evening, so not the best. The room was a bit smoky musty smelling. I've stayed here in the past, so I know what to expect. I had a terrible interaction with a staff member at the lounge, which put off my feelings for the stay, even though the lounge and hotel are separate, it just put a bad taste in my mouth for this particular trip/stay.”

“Very nice hotel, the room was super. The breakfast was a little bit limited. But I would absolutely stay there again if I ever visited Great Falls again.”

“Great hotel, balcony rooms with river view felt luxurious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Added bonus three restaurants right outside the parking lot that helped immensely”

“Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. As they opened each cubbard, drawer, etc it slammed against...

“It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all”

“Didn’t get any sleep in the night got a call to our room at two in the morning and woke me up asking if it was me making the noise. After that, all I heard was a woman getting smacked and screaming problem with finally dealt with an hour or two later only got three hours of sleep that night.”

“The worker was rude and horrible to me and she cancelled my reservation with out a cause assuming things about me and then says it was and error I don't believe that what a bad experience I went thru....so no I wouldn't recommend to no one to stay there unless u wanna get treated bad....I'll give that motel a zero..”

“I had a great stay. The downtown location is awesome. The underground parking is nice, though it is not locked and might not fit large vehicles. The bed was really comfortable, and this hotel uses the highest quality toilet paper I have ever seen in a hotel. Not sure if it was just my room or not.”

“The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The rooms were fine size. They were reasonably clean. There was need of repair on the floor in front of the main floor elevator. Saw several people trip on the tiles. The room we stayed in was noisy and there was light around the door. The breakfast is not complimentary like other hotels. They expect you to sit down to a full priced meal in their building. Their staff was friendly and reasonably prompt.”

“The room was fine but warn. The check in time was 3 pm but the room wasn't ready until 7 pm. There's a breakfast bar but nothing but coffee. The receptionist was friendly and apologetic”

“Please do not advertise that you offer breakfast if it consists of some apples, old looking mandarin-oranges, 3 yoghurts :(”
