“The staff was not friendly. It was very hot in the hotel/hallways. Almost as if they didn’t have any AC. It was miserable. That made us skip breakfast. The trash cans were full in the hallways so it smelled really bad after you walked off the elevator. “Staff is adequate, pleasant at check in. Room was clean. Minor repairs needed: grab bar cover is coming off and shower head cover as well. Major problem is zero concern for behavior of patrons: kids running and loud in hallways, constant door slamming...I try to choose more expensive places to avoid these issues. We have been staying here 2 times per year for the last 5 years. Might be time to find a new place.”

“I booked handicap room and they gave me a room with a bathtub I was unable to take a shower at all. Our bedding had to be completely changed including the duvet cover due to questionable stains, had to ask front desk several times to send housekeeping. Only 1 elevator was working. The breakfast quality was poor, many items were not offered. We wore socks the entire time we were in the room and the soles were dirty.”

“I have stayed at this location twice and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful! Gage in the restaurant and Danielle at the front desk were exceptionally great! The pre-paid breakfast is well worth the money and saves about half the cost of paying at the restaurant itself. The rooms are clean and hotel is updated and offers great amenities. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.”

“First I’d like to say there is effort at this property. Meaning it is being renovated. All new furniture, paint, carpet. Things I found that need to be addressed. First the tv in our room did not work. Called front desk and couldn’t figure it out. 2nd we asked about where the pool is, to find the pool green, dirty and not suitable for anyone to swim in it. “Hello, our stay at Spark Hilton was subpar to any Hilton or budget hotel I've stayed in. When we first checked-in, the room we were given had a pungent smell of cigarettes. The staff obligingly gave us another room; however, this one had significant cleanliness issues - there was a soiled rag in the closet, hair in the bed, used soap in the bathroom, and stains on the bed and pillow sheets.
