“Perfect location and very clean, but the room was extremely small. We could hardly open our suitcases and there were no room to put clothes in a closet. A lot of cars outside honking the horns in the middle of the night (3 nights) made it a bit difficult to sleep. Helpful staff when we had trouble with our safe. ”

“Much better than anticipated. Clean, relatively large room for New York. Great location for a first stay in the city. We don't care much about sound as we both find it soothening. But it wasn't very loud at all, I was expecting much much more while I was reading a lot of other reviews, the walls are thin though so it could be we just got very quiet neighbours. The bad things I have to say is that the bed was worn out, I mean shrunk down in the middle and squeeky. No sorting of trash. And also...

“A decent hotel for a decent price. The location is great, close to many things worth seeing in Manhattan, and close to the Penn station so its easy to get to JFK. The actual street its on is maybe not the most glamorous, but during my stay I didn’t feel unsafe, mostly annoyed by trashbags and bad surface paving. Positives: clean, good toiletries, good storage, coffee machine, refillable waterbottle, good TV with planty of channels, door had two sturdy locks, ac worked well, many mirrors in...

“Fräscht hotell med trevlig personal som ligger centralt. Nära tunnelbana. Hotellet hade fått en stjärna till om det inte var för hissarna. Tog en evighet att åka upp och ner , man får vänta jättelänge. Alldeles för få hissar till antalet våningar och rum. ”

“Great location and vibe, love the interior atmosphere. One of my absolute favorite hotels in terms of style (stayed in NYC and the LA version). The bathroom washing sinks however were way too small for being able to wash your face and the windows unfortunately too thin letting in cold air. Reception staff not very service oriented, BUT the staff next to the reception helping out w bags & packages always super helpful and friendly attitude! My overall impression despite those minor details...
