Kitchen
The state-of-the-art kitchen has just about everything a gourmet chef could need to prepare a tasty meal. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a commercial-grade fridge/freezer and a gas range, there are plenty of tools, appliances, and glassware to cater to your crew. A few notable items include a crock pot, air fryer, blender, Keurig with a selection of Starbucks coffee pods and a standard drip coffee maker. The kitchen has seating for 4 around the giant island and views of the fireplace and Smart TV in the living room. The dining table seats 6. A gas grill is just outside for all your grilling needs. Second refrigerator/freezer located in the basement.
Outdoor Space
Cool off in the in-ground pool, enjoy a star-lit night in the hot tub, or roast the perfect s'more around the fire pit. Ample seating around the pool, on the patio, or in the screened porch. *Please note that Western Michigan gets a lot of snow, therefore, the outdoor seating, screened porch and fire pit may not be available.
Main Living Room
This open-concept space is optimal for entertaining. The living room features two large sofas that are so comfortable, you’ll never want to get up. Large windows around the entire room provide beautiful natural light and an open feel to the space. The wood-burning stove will keep you cozy on cold Michigan nights. There is a large smart TV for enjoying a family movie or catching the big game.
Lower Level Living Room: The ultimate place to hang out! A giant, HD smart TV, pool table, super comfortable sofa. What's not to love?! And just outside is the screened porch, patio sitting area, and a couple steps up to the pool, hot tub, and fire pit!

We provide a pack-n-play, high chair, and kids’ dinnerware to save you the hassle. There is a safety gate to go around the wood-burning stove.

Full-sized washer and dryer are on the main floor. Detergent is available should you need.
