Property appears to be brand new. Overall, it was a great property in terms of friendliness of the management company and the cleanliness of the property, quality of the linens, bed, convenient parking, water, pressure and chairs for the beach, etc. The only issue was the air-conditioning is window units and there is not one in the master bedroom. The only way to get it to a tolerable temperature is to freeze the entire apartment and have all the fans on trying to get the air to blow into the section of the house. So while the rest of the house was 65, the bedroom never got below 72. The other issue is the freezer doesnât have ice trays nor an icemaker, so the only way to have ice is to go buy some, and while there is a coffee machine, there were no supplies to make coffee. Still, it was a great location and a great experience and I would probably stay there again as long as we did not need touse both bedrooms- which would that make the air conditioning a challenge.
