âThis property is in a good area. The staff were very friendly. The only difficult thing we encountered was getting in the building and then knowing to go to the third floor.â

âWe had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming â they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldnât be better â close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. âExcellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

"The staff at this hotel is amazing!
Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter.
Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that.
Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.

"This is a good b&b, conveniently located close to the archaeological museum, as well as the historic centre.
Pre-check in info was excellent (good to have Whatsapp on your phone) and we got plenty of good tips for local restaurants, etc. from Claudio on arrival.
Breakfast is served in-room at an agreed time. Bathroom was clean, shower functional.
The room was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to a busy road and the bed was comfortable. The only thing we missed was coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
All in all though, an enjoyable stay."
