“The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. I expected a great deal more for the $120/night rate. I’ve stayed at much better...

“This is an old hotel in a lower/mid neighborhood. They don't allow bag checking or early check in. The rooms were old but clean and functional. Price is readonable. You check in through a well worn hole in the glass and must make a cash deposit of $50. Some will be put off by this but it met my needs for the price.”

“By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Four police greeted my parents when they arrived. Someone clearly had used a crowbar to open my room because it couldn't shut all the way anymore. There was garbage overflowing from the trash can at the bottom of the stairs. No elevator. There was something sticky on the desk in my room. There were no pillowcases for sleeping (only the decorative ones that don't get washed every time). The dresser was missing a handle and a foot, both of which...

“The only 2 problems were: The WiFi only let 1 login for free then you had to pay. Even when the 1 login logged out you could not change the device. And the remote was not programmed properly and the girl at the front desk said she couldn’t fix it because she didn’t know how and it wasn’t worth the trouble because I was only staying 1 night. So I could not change the channel on the TV. Everything thing else was fine.”
