“It’s a great place to stay. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. We had booked two rooms and they even upgraded one of our room to higher category. Well maintained hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would choose comfort inn hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.”

“Hotel is nice with good rooms but very costly. Also the food charges were very high and non justifiable. Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. ”

“We had checked in just before midnight as our journey was delayed.The hotel was informed and they kept our food ready in our room.This was a really nice gesture from their part.The rooms were nothing fancy..basic stuff,no electric kettle.The breakfast was great.It was made to order and was really sumptuous. Overall a good hotel for just spending the night.”

“the room ac centrally controlled was switched off at midnight around 3 am by the hotel. it was suffocating in the room. when enquired from the Manager and staff - all gave one reply that, they put ac on rest mode so that it may cool later on . it is dangerous if the fresh air is stopped to room and required cooling is not there. it was very uncomfortable and suffocating. i would not recommend this hotel at all to any one . ”
