“The property was extremely clean and taken care of. The only pleasant employees we came across was a pool bartender guy and front desk guy. Everyone else seemed like they did not enjoy being there and did the bare minimum for working in hospitality to try and help us. Food was ok at best. Casino dealers were lacking a personality which made the gambling experience not that fun. Very strict alcohol policy - no drinking on the casino floor and all alcohol drinks have to be paid for. “Decent hotel in a good area of Albuquerque. Nothing special but clean and does the job for a business visit. Room cleaning was only every third day “due to Covid”.”

“Nothing personal against the staff, but this place was sub-par even by La Quinta standards. Stayed four nights and no one ever came to empty the trash or replenish our towels. The hotel wasn’t terribly filthy, but there were stains in the shower and on the carpet. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the a/c worked pretty well. The breakfast consisted of bread/bagels that didn’t seem to change from day to day, hard boiled eggs, Fruit Loops, and a waffle maker. Had the waffle maker been out...

“The staff was not friendly or accommodating. We had to wait 45 minutes after check in to get our room. Booked a double queen and instead we got a king with a roll out bed. The roll out bed was aweful, the frame was broken in the middle of the bed and the mattress sunk in. ”

“I reserved the hotel room for 3 nights,3 months prior to the event that was scheduled. I found out I was going to arrive late to the hotel, so I called and let them know 1 month prior that I would arrive late. I again due to work load I was going to arrive even later so I called 1 week prior to my reservation letting them know I would arrive around 2 or 3 am, 1 day prior to my arrival date I gave a courtesy call reminding them I would be arriving by 3 am. “This is not a very clean place. To be honest, I would’ve rather paid for a more expensive hotel that would provide a cleaner environment. Everything about our hotel room was dirty, from the bed sheets to the restroom floor. It was horrible. While we did not have any issues with people bothering us or other customers, being too loud just the filth alone was enough to bother my entire family. I definitely would not recommend anybody staying at this hotel, unless you are on a very tight budget. I’m...
