âDecent hotel in a good area of Albuquerque. Nothing special but clean and does the job for a business visit. Room cleaning was only every third day âdue to Covidâ.â

â There was a smell of stale smoke or cigarettes as soon as we walked into the room. The AC was set at 62, it took awhile for our room to o reach a comfortable temperature. I left my bracelet on the desk, when I called for them to o check i never received a call back. So I guess some has a beautiful bracelet now. â

âStaff friendly, check in smooth, rate affordable for a 1 night stay. Easy access off 1-25(some traffic noise from). This hotel is undergoing a full renovation. Our room has not been done, but was comfortable, spacious and clean. We did not check pool out. Continental breakfast good. â

âWhen we were on our way it was raining hard and we called to make sure they wouldn't give up our room. When I got there they told us they gave up our room. The lady at the front (Maria) let me know that the front desk lady that was there when I called walked out during a rush and she just got there. She was kind and apologetic and was able get me and my family into two rooms quickly and they covered one room for us. She was so helpful and kind. The stay was great, the breakfast was delicious and...
