“The lady at the reception desk kept a monosyllabic dialogue. The kicker/breakfast area is unbelievably small. It feels uneasy to serve breakfast while people are waiting for the next available table. The waffle mix was thicker than molasses in February.”

“Gentleman at the front desk at check-in was awesome!! Hotel was very clean, including the room we stayed in. Laundry facility was great with newer machines. Breakfast was wonderful with several options. Very quiet and felt safe.”

“The night staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was too warm and it was hard to sleep. We turned the thermostat to 60 and the thermometer read 77. Breakfast was okay...it was also hot in the dining room. There was only one person refilling food, and we ran out of coffee, syrup, bread and fruit while we were there and had to wait a while for things to be refilled because the employee didn't stay in the dining room to monitor the food.”

“I liked the finishes in the room. It felt clean and nice. We used the laundry facilities. The laundry soap vending machine didn't work, but we were able to get detergent at the front desk.”

“This motel was a great choice in the 70’s. The room was clean, linens fresh. But the room had its ‘charm’. Flooring was peeling, phone was a 70’s push button with the original face plate for motels. Dial 1 for long distance! Even though it was a bit rough it was charming. The front desk person Was very friendly. The grounds were in need of attention. But all else was in good shape. I’d stay there again.”

“The room and hotel was dirty. The hall smelled like something died. In our room there was hair and blood all over the shower. The sheets were first and there were flies dead all over the floor.”

“Super friendly people, comfortable beds, hot showers, microwave and cold refrigerator in the rooms. And free hot waffles for breakfast. Really couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Thank you so much”

“We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything.”

“This is the cheapest lodging in Laramie. If you realize that then this was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the water hot, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Outside the rooms the rest of the motel is in need of work. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway every day, usually it was different from day to day but still not great. In the actual room I couldn’t complain.”

“I will never book at the Budget Inn again. I walked into my room and a lot of bugs were crawling around on the floor. Hair was in and around the sink. The motel felt really sketchy, and after seeing the bugs (immediately after opening the room door), I left and slept in my car.”

“The hotel was ok. Older, but clean. Staff friendly. I gave 3 stars because we didn't have hot water. I took my shower the evening we got there. I set water in center for temp it was cold. I let it run awhile, still cold. Kept adjusting hotter until I couldn't go any further. Room temperature. Guess I'm taking a cold shower. It did get a tad warmer by the end but it should have been scalding where I had it. Maybe others are taking the hot water, husband took one early in morning. Still cold. We...

“It's not super fancy, but the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot. The breakfast was as expected. Kids liked the pool. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Worked for what we needed- a decent night's sleep during travel. Would stop here again if in the area.”
