They moved us to a different room. Horrible beds. I came home from holiday with an aching back. Did advise hotel staff not sure if management is aware. Great hotel crappy beds. “Really comfortable beds. Excellent location In North Bay. Great staff. Decent breakfast typical breakfast fare. Just had a little issue with the soap in the shower squirting into my eyeball. It was positioned at eyeball height, unfortunately, but otherwise it was an excellent stay.”

“The facilities and rooms are all spotlessly clean, and it’s so great having a full kitchen and so much space to ourselves. An amazing value!! We liked it so much, we extended our stay for a second night.”

“Rooms and shared areas were moderately clean. Curtains in our room were a bit torn up and to get them to close I had to fix up where they hook on to the actual window a bit. Chairs in the room were old and a bit stained. Bathroom was alright. Swimming pool area was clean but pool itself was a bit dingy not horrible. Front desk ran out of towels for the swimming pool so we couldn’t get any. We have a four year old and there wasn’t really anything on the room service menu for a kid which is fine...

“I booked 2 rooms for 1 night, June 25/26. I had stayed at this property before a couple of years ago. I found the property very different this time. The windows had no shade or drapes, just a sheer panel that you could see through. The bathrooms are old, the tub had rust all round it and the toilet was so small it looked like it was for a child.
