"The hotel is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and parking is easy and convenient.
Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a problem with the air conditioning in our room, which was not working. When we informed the staff, they assumed we didn't know how to use it and simply explained the controls instead of checking whether it was actually faulty.
Because the room became too warm, we had to sleep with the window open, but the traffic noise outside made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. After driving for around 15 hours, a good night's rest was exactly what we needed.
What disappointed us most was not only the faulty air conditioning, but the lack of any effort to make up for the inconvenience. Even a small gesture, such as complimentary parking or breakfast, would have shown that they cared about the guest experience.
The breakfast also felt overpriced considering the limited selection.
Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but the way this issue was handled left us disappointed."
