“First we were given the wrong room, so we had to go back to the desk to discover why our key wasn’t working. Our room had a used shower cap hanging in the bathroom on the door hook. The mini fridge was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The hall noise is easily heard. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff (Spoonbread) were delightful.”
