“Good location, nice clean room”

“No one revealed that they were under remodel until we got there. I called the day we got there and paid and no one said that they were under remodel. There was NO lobby and NO pool as advertised on their web site. This was also not on the Expedia website. I had no money to choose another hotel so we stayed much to me and my grandchildren disappointment. We had counted on the pool to make our few days out complete. I will now know what to ask and this is the 2nd time I trusted expedia and...

“Breakfast needs attention by someone at all hours of operation”

“We were presently surprised with the stay. The breakfast was well kept and for my gluten intolerant wife the selection was better than at more expensive inns we visited. The room was clean and the staff friendly. ”

“The contextual breakfast was very scarce and not a lot of options available at all , not even water or juice. They served tang juice. It was definitely not worth the price for the stay. I gave paid the exact same price or less with better quality and breakfast options ”

“Breakfast wasn't very good. Over ripe bananas, only two choices of cold cereal but was always down to only 1 choice. It was always 1 cereal, over ripe bananas, toast, juice, and coffee”

“Lisa from the Holiday Inn was so helpful. I left something in the room, and she went out of her way to make sure that I was able to get it back. Wonderful service, and a wonderful place to stay. My in-laws are staying here when they come to visit thanks to how awesome everyone was. :)”

“Staff was unhelpful. Assured me I would get my deposit back, and I didn’t. I am working in town. And had planned on staying here every week until my project has ended, but they took the first opportunity to get their deposit and fees every which way they could.”

“The hotel (hallways, rooms, etc.) had a really weird smell to it—very musty. There were rooms with a bunch of broken furniture with the curtains open, which made me rather uncomfortable. The bathtub had crud in it and the ice bucket had opened (and leaking) packets of honey in it. It was obviously not cleaned very well, if at all. I would not recommend.”
