“A clean, cosy room. Friendly hosts. Fresh croissants and bread with jam and butter in the morning. Fresh coffee and fruit. Wonderful views, very peaceful. The waterfall is within walking distance. We highly recommend it.”

“The receptionist did'nt talk english when we arrived so we could'nt get any information. The room was very small and the bed was placed on another flor level than the rest of the room which meant that you almost fell when dark. The bed was good and it was silent. The breakfast was also good.”

“This is a self serve hotel in a great location. Amenities such as an ice machine, front desk to speak too, etc. are missing. I chose the economy room as I was travelling on my own. EV charging was free and available but parking was for a daily fee. I had frequent contact with the support staff and they often answered within 10 min by text but were not able to resolve all issues. “I had a death in the family & called to cancel the morning of arrival. Desk clerk said director would call to let me know about refund. I called back twice & have never received a call back from director of SleepInn. If you can’t refund at least have the decency to call me back. ”
