“The receptionist did'nt talk english when we arrived so we could'nt get any information.
The room was very small and the bed was placed on another flor level than the rest of the room which meant that you almost fell when dark.
The bed was good and it was silent. The breakfast was also good.”

“The hotel is older, there is no elevator, you have to pay extra for breakfast, and the rooms are small. That said, the room was clean, the shower has plenty of hot water and the property is located right in the middle of Old Quebec. We had quick and safe access to restaurants, museums, tourist spots and to get tour buses. In fact, during our four-day stay we didn't need our car once. There is no on-site parking, but there are several garages nearby at about $20/day Canadian. The hotel's price...

The Bad: Location ~ relatively far from main attractions, situated in less desirable part of town (forced to exit out of garage into back alley where several homeless are engaged in undesirable activities ~ not great for children to see)
The Ugly: Very little water pressure in our room for showering, brought issue up with concierge twice and told management would contact us, but they never did ~ Brought up issue again on exit, and they comped us...
