Pappys plats vid Smoke Hole

  • Tre sovrum två badhus. Byggd som en kyrkogårdsprästgård 1900. Vackert originalt träverk. Det övre våningen har den ursprungliga klo fotfacket perfekt för långa bad. Huset har ett kök, matsal, ett mysigt vardagsrum och en studie med en utdragbar soffa med en queen size-säng. Den slutna verandan har alla typer av spel och ett område för barnen att leka. Husdjur välkomna med deposition. Nära till fiske, klättring, vandring och massor av roliga aktiviteter.

Have stayed several times for climbing trips to Reed’s Creek and Smoke Hole. Pappies is located very close to the climbing. It’s well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Danita is a wonderful host.

Great house with everything we needed. Great location to all the hikes we had planned.

Climbing Trip

Fantastic place to stay for local climbing at Reed's Creek and Smoke Hole Canyon. Clean, well appointed, spacious and right around the corner from Reed's Creek.

Sight Seeing Girls

Location was great for us. The house was beautiful, we enjoyed the sun parlor, deck and the added ice maker was wonderful. Very roomy and well furnished with all we could need. The river area is a great place to spend the afternoon relaxing by the water, we even got our feet wet.

Climbing Trip

This was our fourth time staying at Pappies Place for a climbing trip to Reed's Creek/Smoke Hole and, as always, it was stellar. It's a well appointed and clean home, the beds are very comfortable and the house couldn't be closer to the Reed's Creek parking lot.

beautiful place to stay for a fall wedding

We came to attend a niece's wedding in Franklin. Our stay at Pappy's Place was just perfect. Lots of room, beautifully decorated, plenty of hot water, easy to find, beds were super comfy. WE loved the big dining room as we had family over for a big breakfast. Just loved the house and the decor.

Pappies Place is clean, well appointed, close to Franklin and close to climbing at Reed’s Creek and Smoke Hole. Danita is a wonderful host.

We loved staying here, as there was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The kids loved going to the front room and having their own space to hang out. It was also a quick drive to Smoke Hole. Our favorite part was using the private river access. We fished there and made a campfire to roast marshmallows. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this property to anyone with a large family.
