I stayed five nights at this hotel. The hotel room is nice and spacious. Unfortunately, my reservation was messed up and they brought me to a room with three beds when I only requested a double bed on my reservation. The breakfast was okay; they served the same meals every time, and the dinner was lovely. The room I stayed in was not soundproof and had no privacy. The landline phone did not work, and the air conditioner would turn off randomly. The customer service I received from the dining staff was fantastic; I would have given this place a 4/5. However, some of the receptionist staff are terrible and rude. I understand there's a language barrier, and I had to use Google Translate to communicate with some of them. During my check-out, one of the luggage attendant staff demanded that I tip him 100TL for getting my two checked luggage in my room. When I asked if he was joking, he told me it was customary to tip to get checked suitcases in rooms. I would have tipped him if he didn't have a rude demeanor. I would not recommend this place to foreigners, save your money and go elsewhere with better staff hospitality.
