âWe booked an amazing room with a big balcony/patio and a jacuzzi. The welcoming of the staff was amazing, Ester in particular. The all inclusive is great. Many choices, super fresh food and you can even choose a la carte and sparkling wines. The views are amazing. The pool perfect. The only problem this hotel currently have is that there is a construction site right next door. Ask for a room as far from that as possible It's still worth visiting this hotel! We would happily return. â

"Beautiful over water villa that looked exactly like the pictures. We truly enjoyed the villa experience. 2 improvement areas; The food. The salads lacks creativity, the choices are few. The room service meny works. After we complained we were offered to order through the room service menu instead. The sense of urgency when it comes to service. We expected this to be a luxurious experience, but it took us close to 2 hours from order to delivery of food to the villa. Incredibly slow."
