“Good hotel, nice and friendly service. The hotel has a nice warm pool that was really relaxing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The only downside is that the were no possibility to unpack your cloths properly as there basically are no drawers where you can place anything. For short stays is no problem but for longer stays it's difficult to have a tidy room.”

“It was clean, comfortable and nice staff. A great view over the prefecture. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows where amazing!! I wish I could have taken one home. But I am not thief so there you go😄 The Omiya station was very close so getting in to town was easy. I recommend going through the Omiya station to the other side. It's quite a buzzling and nice area to hang around when you just want to eat something, shop and take it easy.”

“Nice and quiet hotel with friendly staff. Not a central location but only 1 min to the subway station. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket. Breakfast was served at a café in connection with the hotel (breakfast was not included in my booking), and the selection of breakfast alternatives were limited.
