âGenerally very satisfied with the visit on the hotel! I would recommend it to other people. The people in the front desk was very helpful with many requests I had and difficult questions. They even called around the shopping malls in the city to find a place selling a specific chocolate I wanted to buy! Location is also very good. Just go out of the 2nd floor of the hotel and walk less than 100m to restaurants and shopping. From the 1st floor you have 200m to train station and bus station....
âGood hotel, nice and friendly service. The hotel has a nice warm pool that was really relaxing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean.
The only downside is that the were no possibility to unpack your cloths properly as there basically are no drawers where you can place anything. For short stays is no problem but for longer stays it's difficult to have a tidy room.â

"Hotel Niwa is probably the best hotel I lived in. The room was cosy and well planed. There were two different kinds of pillows so you could choose the one who fitted you most. There were three types of gardens you could sit and relax in, very green and lovely. There were washing machines and vending machines on two floors. The staff was very professional yet familiar. I miss this place. "
