“A spectacular stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The &Tales hotel has excellent décor. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very varied, with fresh, local produce. The custard tarts and homemade cake are irresistible. The location was convenient, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, including the castle. Easy parking in front of the hotel. I recommend it. “This hotel is a proper find! A lovely, peaceful oasis, filled with a myriad of beautiful plants and trees. Everywhere you look are interesting objects and bric a brac, all collected by the owner. The breakfast was excellent - a good variety of offerings and scrambled eggs on request. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner, even though we turned up late. N.B. The only negative - no fault of the hotel - the address given on the Expedia site is wrong! It takes you to a private house about...
