“It was perfect, The cabin was beautiful. we saw lots of hummingbirds, beautiful birds, wild turkeys , deer, and bunny rabbits! The back deck was so nice to sit and relax! We wil definitely be coming back in the future! ”

“The house was perfect was located right on Main Street had a huge backyard and the hosts were wonderful, so accommodating, they even had everything ready for us to have root beer floats for the 4th of July with frosted mugs. We will definitely be staying again! Our children loved it!!”

“We liked the cabin; it was cozy and comfortable. The first 2 nights, we were the only ones in the property, so, it was truly an away-from-it-all vacation. Our pups loved it too and was super thrilled to see deer in the yard in the morning. The river was dried up (in November), but, the trees had turned colors, so, it was nice. This location is perfect if you want to visit Garner State Park and Lost Maples. ”

“I had a fine time, the location was good, the staff were friendly, the accommodation was clean and very well appointed. I would change two things in the listing. The wifi was intermittent and slow when it was present and though this is a "river retreat" there really isn't a river, looks like it's been dry for several years.”
