“The biggest disappointment was interaction with the host. We never met him/her and all communication was via phone call or watts app. Arrival was confusing as we did not know it involved a key safe. There was no information pack. Whilst the accommodation was spotlessly clean a number of things could’ve been better. Missing light bulbs, inability to close double bedroom door (had to prop a chair against it to obtain privacy.) The pool could’ve been cleaner and equipment to help with this was...

“We were a group of friends and family and enjoyed our stay. The house was very authentic. The only issue was that while we were there the main electric fuse of the house kept tripping up! The appliances were a little old and we were scared of turning on any of it. Some of the things were broken (like shower head etc.), which could be fixed. The host was very responsive and pleasant, especially with the electricity issue.”
