“Trevligt hotell och bra service”

“Nybyggt, fantastisk utsikt, välstädat, hjälpsam personal, härlig pool!”

“Top rum, super Service, otroligt trevlig personal. ”

“Hebergement difficile a trouver. Accès a jus gratuit.

“The location and room was nice. The stay itself was okay, but the customer service was lacking. Our request for an iron or steamer was ignored, there was no coffee maker in the room, and checkout was confusing because nobody was at reception and no instructions were given.”

“The hotel is set on a hillside facing the Douro River. Our room had an incredible view. The place is quiet and well-maintained. Our room was clean and had all the amenities of home. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and they offered to make you eggs and pancakes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Lovely room, exactly what we expected but the best part about our stay was how helpful the staff was on several occasions.”

“Fantastiskt boende.

“The room was modern and spotless, the views were beautiful, the breakfast was plentiful. Beatriz was an absolute angel, from making reservations at recommended restaurants, to organising taxis, she often checked in on us to see if we needed anything. What a wonderful find, I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you!”
