âArrived to a room smelling strong of urine. Didnât get a connected room until last day, despite being promised one upfront. The elevator didnât work for 3 of 4 days when we stayed. The baby crib was a joke (looked homemade) and didnât have a mattress. The canteen staff said that our nanny had to pick up the baby chair herself while holding the baby. Not enough baby chairs in the restaurant. The Ines they had was disgusting, full of black mold and looked like they had never been cleaned. Luggage...

âProperty rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money
